Neon Lights is a unicorn stallion who lives in Neon Lights' Party Pad in Canterlot. He was added in the Bugfix update.
Neon was offered as a time-limited character along with Jet Set, Limestone Pie and Red Delicious on the 4th day of Pony Reunion Week in October 27–28, 2014, at a discount of 50% (90 ), and again on the second run of Pony Reunion Week from February 8th–9th, 2015, also at a discount of 50%, but that time for 130 .
