Ms. Harshwhinny lives in the Prim Domicile in Canterlot. She is the chief inspector of the Equestria Games. She will visit the Crystal Empire along with Shining Armor, Princess Cadance, Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, Spike, and the Mane 6 as a crystal pony.
Ms.Harshwhinny costs 180 when she was first released in Update 1.9. She was raised up to 360 in Update 2.9.
