Capper is a cat who lives in Klugetown. He's one of the few characters who can complete a task to collect Lucky Coin lucky coin 
for Klugetown Balloon Pop 
.
NPC[]
In a timed quest based on the events of "My Little Pony: The Movie", "New Horizons", he helps Twilight Sparkle and her friends to navigate through the streets of Klugetown. He and Captain Celaeno later battle against and defeat Verko the crime boss, and some of the Storm King's soldiers.
If the player wins the quest within the time limit, they will earn Capper as a playable character.
Trivia[]
- Capper starts with five stars, so he will not need to play minigames, and the player may assign him freely to any occupation.
